Edit Workspace Quotas

This section explains how to edit workspace quotas.

In KubeSphere, multiple clusters can be authorized to the same workspace. You can set resource quotas for each cluster within a workspace.

Prerequisites

You should join a workspace and have the Workspace Settings Management permission within the workspace. For more information, refer to "Workspace Members" and "Workspace Roles".

Steps

  1. Log in to the KubeSphere web console with a user who has the Workspace Settings Management permission, and access your workspace.

  2. Click Workspace Settings > Workspace Quotas in the left navigation pane.

  3. Click Edit Quotas in the top right corner of the cluster you want to edit.

    Parameter Description

    CPU Limit

    Maximum sum of CPU limits for all containers running in a workspace on a single cluster.

    CPU Request

    Maximum sum of CPU reservations for all containers running in a workspace on a single cluster.

    Memory Limit

    Maximum sum of memory limits for all containers running in a workspace on a single cluster.

    Memory Request

    Maximum sum of memory reservations for all containers running in a workspace on a single cluster.

    Storage Resource Quota

    Limit the total amount of storage resources under a workspace, including total storage resources and storage class bound resources.

  4. After modifying the quotas, click OK.
